So, as the title says; is rakion P2P or F2P? And if it is F2P can someone show me a tutorial of how to download it?

Rakion is both. If you choose to go F2P you won't be able to get some items/cells in the shops and you won't be able to get 50% exp.
If you choose to go P2P you will get 50% exp and you will be able to get all of the items/cells in the shop.

No, its not that. The link that he gave me directly went to where to download. When I tried, it took me someone it said 1 2 3 4 5... Well you get the point till 10.

You'll basically be completely gimped once you get to level 11 if you dont spend money on the game. Softnyx made sure of that.
