Problem any 1 help me

whenever i open rakion luncher i after putting user id and password the luncher closes and an error pop up says rakion.bin and then i press ok and ofcource the game isent workikng , i tried rebooting,reinstalling and deleting bin folder 2 download patch again but still not working. so pls if any1 happened that 2 him and fixed this pls tell me how .iam rlly so sad i want 2 play the game , 5 times only it worked.
