I know of some people who still get PU for free. I dunno what site they're going to, but its a site where you do surveys for like small amounts of money, and the money gets sent to a paypal acct. I know ssftnyx doesnt take papal but someone told me they buy cash from a reseller. Anyone know about this?

yeah they come in Prepaid Cards where you type the code and card number..... i dont know where you live but where i live ( UAE ) they sell them in most internet cafe's.

Well, that's pretty sad if you can't afford at least 13 dollars. That's the lowest payment you can make. There is two ways to pay for power user though. One is VISA card, and another is paying by mail. I pay by mail, and I've had no trouble with it.
