Help Me.

whenever im playing at gravity, when i go up and fall down i get hurt, but i always see people not getting hurt. is that lag? if its not can you teach me how to do that?

omfg ..
just continuously press jump(space).
and you will fall down softly,
this work for all the maps u know ..

sometimes it doesn't always work but yea.. just keep jumping and u wont get hurt/delayed.
