everytime i try to enter their website, it wont load it, and i try softnyx, only one i could get was the oceanic....

No need for this actually...(unless they don't know how to use a computer)
just go rakion homepage and click 1 BIG BIG word that says:

RAKION DOWNLOAD

Just click it.
Unless you can't see it?

So far 15 people wanna play rakion but don't even know how download...

try and explore the rakion webpage if you don't know where u can find the links for updating info/ranking/download/ etc.

when i load rakion, they will ask me to switch off anti-virus and firewall, but after doing that i loaded rakion again and they asked me to do the same thing again. can anyone pls tell me how can i get rid of this problem.

RIS or RSS?
if your in RSS then every1 is encountering that problem
the RSS server now is currently slow.
