Section Reopened + New Penalty System

I think the section has been closed for long enough. Closing this section has caused some repercussions within the game hacking community. I'm reopening the section not because members requested it but this is meant to offset the problem of abuse found on related message boards.

However, I've created a new penalty system just for this section for people who continue to misbehave while the section is opened. Here are the basic guidelines:

• According to r2k's Instant Ban policy, those who beg or intentionally break the rules will have their accounts permanently banned. This policy will stay in place.
• For every 8 members banned within a period of a day, the section will be closed for approximately one (1) day.
• For every 12 members banned within a period of a day, the section will be closed for approximately two (2) days.
• For every 16 members banned within a period of a day, the section will be closed for approximately three (3) days and so on...
• If 8 members are banned on a daily basis for an entire week, the section will be closed for a week (7 days).
• If 12 members are banned on a daily basis for an entire week, the section will be closed for a month (30 days).
• If 16 members are banned on a daily basis for an entire week, the section will be closed permanently.

I know this may seem like a hard concept to grasp, but if you follow the rules and stay on topic, you're going to be fine.

Moderators: Please update the list of banned members and include the date when a certain member was banned (e.g. Noob [08/28]). I'll close the section when it's necessary as long as the list is updated regularly.
