How do i conduct a safe rakion account trade?

i really dont no how to trade accounts if theres a special program or both people are just supposed to e-mail them to each other or what. PLEASE tell me.

haha if its a program it takes and dont send to another user probley....Hey that would be good to invent like a program called MiddleMan select game you want to trade u enter ur longin info it checks see what ur char is if its the one ur supposed to be trading it gives u the one that they put in (the one u trading for) but then probley all kinds of hacks would be made for it like one that u get all user and passes in data base so no program...
