[UPDATED] Downloads and You (READ Before Posting)

In this section, you can--and should--do the following:

• Post downloads using our attachment system
• Post downloads using upload hosts like YouSendIt (temporary), Rapidshare.de, Megaupload or other uploader services
• Reply in download topics with productive comments or suggestions
• Give credit to the author of the hack before posting their work unless you are the author of the hack that you're uploading

It is advised that you do NOT do the following:

• Posting downloads originally intended to be on other message boards
• Posting downloads without giving the author credit
• Posting downloads that you falsely claim is yours
• Posting keyloggers and other malicious viruses or worms that are embedded in the file (some viruses actually are useful for hiding the process from GameGuard detection)
• Replying with spam
• Replying with requests for more hacks

Depending on the severity of the case or the stupidity that one displays, varying disciplinary action will be taken. Most punishments include account banishment unless someone edits their post mentioning that they may have broken the rules.

There has been a problem with people "leeching" hacks from GamerzNeeds and people who are claiming that hacks are leeched and/or the people that provide these hacks are leechers themselves.

This has got to stop.

Those who took hacks provided at GzN and were distributed here without permission will be given a 15-point (30 days) infraction and the thread will be deleted. If you notice that a hack is being taken from GamerzNeeds...

... use the Report () button!

If people continue to make, "You leech!" posts, they will be warned for spamming whether they are right or wrong. If there's a lot of it in a thread and people continue to do it despite the availability of this sticky, all users doing it will be banned.
