Installing rose_139_139_na_evo ERROR!

Can someone please help me about this problem? Well, when I was installing rose_139_139_na_evo , i got this Feature Transfer Error.Ive used Flashget to download this program. If still need more information , please tell me.

Maybe you should download it again I used Internet Download Manager (IDM) to download my naROSE installer. I was able to instal it successfully

Play Ruff-Rose better this jRose many error for sure..
I dunt know how to fix it but u can check its forums(if got)..
