Just join the faction u want then pay 30k then u can acces clan shop

A fraction is also known as a CLAN,GUILD,TEAM,etc. ROSE want to be special and not use the most 2 basic term CLAN or GUILD.Anyway you should see people around with
2 name, each with different character. 1 is their FRACTION name and other is their NICKNAME/GAME NAME
