Friends can't join?

So i made a rose online private server and everything, and i use hamachi to connect with all the correct settings. Weird part is, i can connect to my own server, but I'm not sure how to have other people join. (I've tried searching for topics with the "search thingie o.o"). Everyone who tries to log into my server tell me that they receive a message with "Waiting...", but they are also stuck in that screen until they Ctrl+Alt+Del out. When they do that, they get a message error saying something with Trose.exe and options with "Send/DontSend". I use a router+hamachi to connect to my own server. Can anyone tell me how other people can connect to my server properly or how to resolve the "Waiting..." screen problem?
