BUggs alot of Buggs I need Help

hey guys i need help because i have alot of bugs in my server whenever people try to buy stuff from npc they get disconnected and if they relog with the same character they keep getting disconnected can someone help me with that and all the monsters hp are all half there not full i really need help hope you can help me :D

Well, as buzbee said the other day.
Run Arcturus, cant remember what it was called, started on A atleast.

Try to setup your server by that.
On the first hand reinstalling the entire server, xamp and the mysql might solve it.

I didnt direct you to any picture or video.
I told you to reinstall the complete server or just go with another setup.

i did restart server i reinstalled everything it still doesnt work :S

Try running a different setup.
And look around in your database.

[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
Try that.
