Question Are there any servers anymore that don't suck?

First things first, I don't want to play those servers where there's a billion people on it, like Arua, Ruff, or the overhyped Akram Online.

I don't want an evo server either. Nor do I want some ridiculous high server with 100x rates, what is the point if you get to 210 in a day? What the hell are you supposed to do after?

Anyway, I've looked high and low on these voting sites and half of the servers listed are dead. I just came from a server that unexpectedly died after being open for like less than a month, to my dismay, because all I wanted to do was just casually play some ROSE. Lately, in my game playing, I've run into some ridiculous admins -- last one, on RO, the guy took all of the donators' money and ran off. Heh.

I don't like high populated or high rate servers, so can somebody please tell me if there will, or ever exist, a server that's like 10x/10x/10x, isn't EVO, and does NOT suck, and will be open for more than a month? Argh.

It's just my luck... keep running into irresponsible admins, corrupt GMs and all that...

TL;DR: This isn't meant to be a whiny post, but truly, I want to play a nice, low-rate, unpopulated server on the weekends when I'm not dying from physics and calc homework. Does anyone know of any that don't SUCK, and the admins know what they're doing? I don't want to go through a giant array of servers that have broken links, so someone inform me of a good server if they can. Thank you.

play Arua Rose or North America Rose.... both are good

Anyway, you can try ShinROSE. It has been running for over a year and the current rates are 5x EXP - 5x Money - 1x Drop. They just finished giving a spawning event so sorry to say but you missed out on that. More will come though, I'm sure.

you can try aruas low rate server destiny. its not crowded, not many people play there, rates are 8x/6x/1x. only the highrate server is crowded.
