The GM Team on Insomnia have decided, Due to some requests/wishes from various players, to add/fix following things:

-Make "buff scrolls" buyable from NPC

-Add grade 1 gems to NPC

-Make all refines up to Hime buyable from NPC

-Add the lvl 120 armor to be bought from NPC

-We will also make masks and wings buyable from NPC
