Problem Problem with some NPC´s

hey i hope anybody can help me :P

I just start up my private server for me and some friends so we can play a bit

but i got problems with some npc´s

Like Mildun : He sells Sporty cart Rapid wheels and all that stuff but when i buy 1 of this items i get Trose error all the time

same with Jewels Seller he sell all kinds of gems / binds / RIngs when i buy a Arua ring or anything else from him

maybe anybody can help me
