You dont have to have got much skills yet, but if you do it's much better
If you dont have much skills you can just start with easy things.

Dont expect getting developers like that with just a click without further information about you or your server. I mean, I wouldnt really be interested into working for a server that is runned by a 13 year old and gives out free grade 7 gems to everyone.

Agreed, please tell us something about:
What server is it? (name)
Is it IRose, evo or a new one?
How many is there in ur team so far?
What is ur experience?
Tell us something about urself.

Or any other information.
