Help whit rose private server PLEASE

Hey, i just started my server and i got some problems to fix..
i have looked everywhere but cant find anything that helps.

what i need: npc's item works to buy and not gets DC
NPC:sell wings and refining items grade 1-9

Please help me! to go on to server:
install evo rose ver139
make a bat file that says this:
TRose.exe @TRIGGER_SOFT@ _server 83.248.224.26

and your on the server =P

help and you will be GM if you want =)
