As title says, Need a good Clerco on Arua High Rate, decent leveled like 120+.

Needs to be int, and uhh the yoyo has some eq, hyper set and a gyoyo, stats are 73 dex 30 sta rest str, higher dex so it crits more and you dont have to buy a dexion +2 at like 90 for the 98% crit :)
