can't goon Rumble fighter's website? i live in Canada!

i live in canada and I can't get on rumble fighter from OGPlanet, however, i can goon OGPlanet. I got the game from my friend, and whenever i start the game, it says reciving file index from server... then a thing pops up and says cannot recive file index from server!
I can't goon any other game sites for OGPlanet either!
Please help!
BTW once, the game did work and so did the website(i dunno how it worked tho)!

it worked for 3 days, now it stoped working again.

hide ur ip under hamachi or a proxy server

or
contact help desk with ur problem and tell them ur ip address so they can add u in the game
