yes, it's true. you can ask dark_byte yourself. using the speed hack is slowly destroying your computer. It is not worth it.

hum...my comp works fine...if you ignore the constant DC at times...but my brother's comp runs VERY slow when I use speed hack...maybe that's what he means? (He frickin abuses the hell out of his laptop, and if I recall, it only has like 512mb ram anyways o.o...that might be it.)
