Carats are given through items which you've requested, which are equivalent to the amount of carats requested. If you'd like the carats to be sent directly to your account, you will be charged an additional 30%. Because this process is troublesome, you can only pay at least $10, no less. Adding the 30%, it will automatically be $13.
