The main song playing is Violet by Bones Domingo
When I get into RF the lobby is Tekken 2 music (character select)
While in a "room" the music is Tekken 2 Character select arranged
When I go to the Item Shop the music is a Mario Paint remix
When I go to practice the music is Messing with a guitar song by Ronald Jenkees.
It shouldn't get patched over. (unless you refer to the copy/paste method as patching over)
What you have to do is backup both SND and Voice folders from the
RumbleFighter\res folder (these are the files RF uses normally).
This backup is the "Original Files".
Copy the same folders again, and then replace the files with the edited audio.
This backup is the "Edited Files".
The RumbleFighter\res folder is known as the "target folder".
Run the setup and it should save all the settings in a log file (RFAudio.txt).
Run the audio editor, and choose an option...
It will basically copy and paste all of the files from the original folder to the RumbleFighter\res folder. Then the program will open the RumbleLauncher and there should be no updates (patches) to any of the audio files. Press a key and then the audio editor will replace the original files in the RumbleFighter\res folder with the ones that you edited.
Hope everything is understandable... lol
Alternatively you can always edit RumbleLauncher.ini and wufilelist.ini
to not update the audio files, however you must find a host to upload wufilelist.ini
or use web server software (abyss/apache) to host that file locally
This is what you do:
Backup RumbleLauncher.ini
Edit RumbleLauncher.ini (change the text to this):
o cool, I didnt know there was already a wufilelist.ini ready to be used lol.
well if you want to play and dont want to check for updates periodically, my program always works.
