Question Disconnection/Log-in Fail Error

Ok, I am aware about the 100k+ thing, you get reset, then you can ask it back, but if you didn't get the carats truthfully, you get banned. And if your carat rate gain per hour is also 4k per hour or more, then you get your carats reset as well thanks to ElDorado.

So, I've been having some problems about Rumble Fighter, like I log-in then it takes me 999 hours (over-emphasizing) just to get in, because it says, "Log-In Fail Error"

Then after I FINALLY log-in, after a few minutes it disconnects me. Does anybody know the problem? And I wanted to ask you, because probably I'll ask the Help Desk, then they're gonna track suspicious activity of my account because I bot.
