Idk if this is right place to post i tried search and got nothing taht could help, How would a trade Concerning runescape acc for paypal or G coins etc or visa versa go down ?

There are multiple ways, but the fastest would probably be:

MM gets RS account information. Buyer sends money/coins to seller's paypal/ijji account. MM gives RS info to buyer.

There are other methods.

Also one more question, MM's take 10% ( if senior ) what would be the 10% take if trading a account for paypal ?

Then it would be 10% of the money paid for the account. Of course, you can't take 10% of an account, so yah.

Tax is not required. Some MMs add it if the trade is expected to take a very long time.
