Tut on how to get RS Bot working after update

right when updating rs bot you need to unstall and deleate EVERYTHING to do with rs bot off your pc.

restart you pc.

now if you do not have svn installed you will need to install this download at- [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] when installed ...

right click on desktop make new folder and leave it called new folder .

then right click on new folder and click svn checkout type [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
in url part.
second line
C:\Users\{HH}HellHound\Desktop\rsbotsvn
and have head revision ticked
then hit update leave it to update after update is done

double click compile in new folder you just made this will unpack the bot

it will give you a file named
rsbot-567.0 -this is a java executible file double click this and rs bot will work

you will need to run rs bot to get the folder in my docs :)

now to update the scripts.


in the new folder you just made the will be a sub folder called scripts
go into this and highlight everything .
now open my docs and go into your rsbot folder in there and look for folder called scripts go into it and copy the scripts into there restart your pc and boom you have all the scripts from rs bot original verson ...

ok this worked with me for a few scrips that didnt work.

STEP1. go to your rsbot folder and go to the scrips folder.

STEP2. find the .java of the script your were trying to fix.
right click it and click edit.

STEP3. check to see if it is all jumbled up.
it will look something like somthing like this not in lines.

STEP4. go to [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
and look for the script that you are trying to get working.

STEP5. copy the script from the svn site.

STEP6. delete everything out of the .java file of the script you
are trying to get to work.

STEP7. paste the script that you copyed from the svn site.

STEP8. compile your bot with compile.bat inside your rsbot folder.

STEP9. run rsbot and check to see if your script is working now.

i am working on the rest now so i will keep ya posted

i have eclipse on my pc and if you run into any problems post em on here and ill have a look :)

i alos got a error when banking :( it wont bank this is an easy fix just resize your window from resizeable to fixed/regular .:)

yes it is working but you need to download java jdk and install it

the point is.. i DID install the latest version..
and still it says i havn't installed it.. :S:S kinda anoying...

Did all the steps but in my docs i don't have a file named rsbot?
Got it: You forgot to mention to first RUN the bot in order to get the map called Rsbot in yer documents;)

Does Ruski's Autofighter work? if yes, could you post a tut how it's made workin? got some trouble with it >_<

yea garetts ess miner isn't working for me...it keeps shutting off...n i need it...
the new update really messed up the bots-all the scripts need to be re-written for the update...thats a bitch...

When trying to install TortoiseSVN, I get an error..

lol i know you haVE TO GO MY DOCKS THEN GO RS BOT ,THEN SCRIPTS,THEN FIND garrets ess miner.java open it in notepad deleate all of it go to
[Only registered and activated users can see links. ]
find garrets ess miner click it copy the txt and paste it into the notepad doc save and it will work :)

i have not tryed any of the auto fighters but if i is not working let me know and i will take a look at it :)

Im really having problems..

First, RSbot doesn't work for sh*t on my computer now.

Second, it won't let me download the svn or w.e.

I've got Windows XP service pack 3 if that makes a difference.
