According to the RSBot twitter ([Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) they were forced to change their domain to "http://www.powerbot.org" - if you have RSBot downloaded you'll have to re-download it from the new site or else it won't work and don't worry all of your accounts and posts are all their, they just uploaded a backup.
