how do i get the dragon shield??
i checked the guy that said my level not high enough but my level is like.... 50??
and he said still not high enough ... can someone help me??

I think you need 60 defense.

Also, you need to complete Legend's Quest to be able to weild it.

level 60 defence for any dragon armor, including shield.
MUST have completed legends quest to weild.
Finally, if it is the two halves, to put them to gether, you must have a certain smithing level.

it's not really about level it's more about the quests.You need legend,to buy a part for 500k and another to find at shadow warriors.The you need 68 smithing to forge it.Then 60 def to wear it.

Dragon Square shield:
60 Def to wear, must finish legends quest. Smith 2 halves of the shield together or buy a whole.

Dragon Fire Shield:
75 Def to wear. Smith a draconic visage onto an anti-dragonfire shield, or buy the shield as a whole.
