News Jagex Doesn't care.

Ok so i logged on and saw it said i was banned. So I went to go appeal it, and it said i was banned for offensive language witch i never did.... So i tried to view the evidence well there was none, so i appealed it and less then 20 seconds later i got a response saying it was denied. So i did a last chance appeal and said this.

I never said anything offensive the whole time i played the game, and theres
no evidence to be displayed. Wouldn't it show what i said if i said something
bad? Yes it should. I think you should look this over because I barely have
even talked in the game much less say something bad in it. And when i got my
first appeal back it took 20seconds theres no way it went that fast, so no on
e looked at it.

We have reviewed your account and have decided not to grant your appeal. You have continued to break our rules, time and again, and due to the severity of these offences and your attitude within our games, we have decided that your account will remain permanently banned.

That one took less then 10second, this just proves Jagex doesn't care i mean with everything they get how could they read two appeals in 20 and 10seconds. This makes me very mad, Jagex needs more staff and even though this was a noob account i still don't want to go threw Tut island.

How say that they get members of staff to read every report and every appeal. It blatantly obvious that they don't. Oriks, keep spamming their customer support until they finally give in. If you didn't break any rules, then you shouldn't get banned.

Although I don't think that they care about us individually you have to look at you own statement. You said with all the stuff they get there is no way to look at it in 20 to 10 sec. You also said they were understaffed. So look at it from their point of view, they have many appeals coming in and I am willing to bet 98% of them actually commited their crime. There is know way with a low staff and a never ending cycle of appeals that they have the time to look over every appeal. I have had one character reinstated so I am sure that it is completely random and once their staff widens the problem will be solved.
