Problem HELP please.. Can't log in..

Please help.. I was playing runescape and the training area i was in (rock crabs) got crowded i logged out and went to a differnt world.. it said the normal .. you just logged out a different world blah blah.. then when the time went to 0 it said. "Unable to connect. Login server offline." I closed my browser and reloaded RS i tryed loging in i get the same. I looked at server lists. and there all fine. I tryed looking at My mails and my Offences and it also says. "Loggin failed. Login Server unavailable." So i logged into my friend account (its FTP) and it worked.. no errors nothing.. I tryed logging into my account on a Non members world and it still came up "Unable to connect. Login server offline."

Any ideas? Please help.. and thanks in advance.
