This takes quite alot of time but it would be good in the end. to start off, get a high sum of money, say around 50k? so do the other guide first.

Ok go to one of the high populated "trade" worlds, such as world 1. Or 2 for members. This way of making money takes alot of speed in fingers and fast thinking.

Now go to the general store. Now i think most would think, whats in the general store, all crap. Well i prove you wrong. The general store in varrock is highely populated and people sell and buy there fast. Now this is what you should do, if you saw something in the general store such as things that are in need to person such as a law rune. It would probaly cost 300 gold right? in teh general store. People do sell runes to general stores! aint it amazing? especially natures as they are most precious. And alot of uncuts. So buy the stuff that you can sell for higher. Such as law runes, uncuts, nature runes, addy armour. Yes you do see the odd addy armour, rare gloves, capes. Stuff that you could SELL TO OTHER PLAYERS FOR MORE MONEY! Ive gotten around about 50 law runes jumping worlds and just waiting, tahts in some cases 1k a law rune. 50k! when you spent like 300 each. thats 700 profit 700!!

This is also a way to get some stuff like mith armour that most people dont sell and just vendor it.

But it takes an extremely long time. When you buy out the whole stock, you will have to wait for another person to restock it.

Why not mine then? coal=180gp.... 180x28(one inventory) is 5040, and it doesnt even take long...

It takes a long time to level up mining. It takes along time to get coal if you are low level. high level miners take the coal all the time.

Wow, if you think you can constantly sell laws at 1k each... Then I got a shit load to sell to you... 900 ea sound good?

Anyways, my point is... NOBODY will pay 1k ea for over FIVE laws. If you find anyone paying 1k ea, then they are in dire need to get to somewhere FAST, and they don't want to wait for someone to sell 300~400 ea, which is what they go at on 66(law running world, if you didn't know). Anyways, saying you can make 'fast' money by buying runes from a GENERAL store, is completely absurd.

No its not, I have got alot of cheap stuff from general store and sold for more. People sell nature runes to general store. Sometimes 10 of them and then usually 4 or 5 at a time. You can sell laws at 1k each to members and yes, people in dire need. But still selling them for about 500 is 200 profit.

That part made me giggle, apart from that though as mentioned it takes a long time to make some good $ doing that method... you're point is valid saying mining takes a long time to level as opposed to waiting for some semi okay items to be sold to a general store but at the same time spending that time getting a skill up is sure to pay off much more in the end.
