firstly u need a mining lvl of 30 (so get 1)
u need to have done the rune mysteries quest (very easy)
ok now u have done these go to the varrock rune essence mine (rune shop) and now mine pure ess keep doin this and banking them and when u have enough go sell em at exchange for lowest price
1=122gp
10=1220gp
100=12.2k
200=24.4k
500=61k
1000=122k
2000=244k
10,000=1,220,000 (alot lol)
and so on this is much quicker then free world ways such as cowhides etc
