this is the way, and im only telling ppl cuz its a way no-one will EVER use:
buy good item sell in general store and buy with other acc:

FLAWS:

Lets say u sell a whip to general store, you will sell for max of 1m theres 600k loss
The other person will have to buy whip for at LEAST 1.7m so theres another 200k loss

WHATS THE POINT OF THIS? TO LOSE MONEY???

Lol, this is so stupid, the SELLER who sells the item to the general store sells it really really cheap, like in the old days.

But the buyer can ONLY buy the item at the Grand Exchange price.
