Real world trade - Bounty Hunter too risky?

I see loads of pkers killing xfers in Bounty Hunter. So...it proves that the bounty hunter is a little risky :)

MY SOLUTION IS...Party ROOM!

Now, before u close the screen, I know the bankers and guards will announce the drop to the whole of runescape. But how to bypass it? Simply by putting 50k or less! by putting 50k or less, it will take 10 secs for the balloons to burst, and around 30 secs for u to get the 50k from the balloons ( usually the first few are the big ones ).

1min 50k
20mins 1mil

may take long but it's the safest ( tht's how my ex-friend hacked my 9mil-.- )

Added to what r1ch4 said, i believe his guide is more detailed and easier to understand, also hardly hacking you 9mil if you decided to use party room, use at own risk.
