Attack and Defence

To the members of the forum,

Well i started runescape again my stats are really low
Attack-18
Defence-10
And i was wondering if thier were any guides out there to tell me how much eperience i get from killing diffrent beasts and what not
If u know were to find one could u post a link please

get high strength. Attack and defense doesn't really matter at low levels. Attach makes you hit more accurately, and defense makes them less accurately, and to wear armor. You should get strength up so you can hit harder.

Kill cows. Collect the hides and bank them, bury the bones, and you get xp in Strength, or Defense, or Attack, Hitpoints and Prayer.

Well first, you can't put links up, and kill cows until your attack is 30+ and your def is 30+ then go to guards until you are lvl 40+ attack and def, then go to hill giants until you are lvl 50+ attack and def (collect big bones for cash), then once you have lvl 50+ attack and def, go to moss giants in varrock sewers until your are lvl 60+ attack and def then buy membership then go kill lvl 25 experiments east of varrock until you are lvl 70+ then go to kill black dragons and king black dragons. Good Luck...

Black dragons at level 70? I think you're a bit optimistic to be honest.

I said lvl 70+ doesn't have to be lvl 70... it can be 70 71 72 73 74 75 76 77 78 79 80 81 82 83 84 85 86 87 88 89 90 91 92 93 94 95 96 97 98 99...

you how you said deff makes your atts less accurata your the other 100's of
noobs out there which belive that and thats wrong i have 99 deff 70 att 70 str lev 85 combat i never got beat by a pure str in my life and i don't really miss my atts
