Tutorial A little extra cash (Farming)

Here is a guide that I hope will help you make a little bite of extra money while you do your daily tasks. It dosent take long, and the profits add up.

I do not know if this has been posted before, if it has then I apologies.

Requirments -
32 farming
100k should be more then enough for supplies

Optional -
Negative weight items (Boots of lightness/Penace Gloves/spotted capes)
Magic Secateurs (Must have completed Fairy Tales pt. 1)
Ectophial (Must have completed Ghosts Ahoy)
Amulet of Gory (4)
Ardougne Teleport
Camelot Teleport

Make your you have teleports to the following areas -
Ectofuntus, Ardougne, Draynor Manor OR Falador, and Camelot
In this guide, I am going to assume you have all of these teleports


First go to the Grand Exchange, located north of the west bank in Varrock. Purchase 4 Ranarr seeds, 4 Supercompost, 1 seed dibbler, 1 spade, and a rake if needed.

Empty your ectophial to get to the Ectofuntus. don't forget to refill it!! Now run west of the Ectofuntus past the undead chicken farm untill you reach your first farm patch. Rake if needed, add super compost, and plant your ranarr seed.

Teleport to ardougne, run to the east gate and exit the city. follow the city's wall north past a wood fenced area, up untill you reach the next farm patch. clean weeds if needed, and repeat the planting process.

Use your Amulet of Glory, and go to Draynor Manor. run north west untill you reach a cabbage farm. Climb the stile or go through the gate which ever suits you. and head north to the herb patch. repeat the planting process again.
(If you used Falador teleport, you will have to run south east of the city. At the south gate, make a sharp turn to the east to reach the patch.)

Teleport to camelot, and run to Catherby. North of Catherby's bank is another farming patch, once again repeat the planting process for your herbs and play the waiting game....

Your herbs are going to need some time to grow. Seriously, go find somthing constructive to do while the grow. I am not sure on the specific amount of time it takes to grow, I give it roughly two hours.
Go and pick your herbs, obviously you will need to get to the patches again to redeem your herbs.
You will get about 5+ ranarrs for each patch. Currently as of 06/24/08 they sell for 6,743 each. If none of your patches died you should have a minimum of 20 ranarrs, which can get you 134k

Now just repeat the process and enjoy your extra bit of money and farming exp

this is a good way, i used to do it on my main before it got hacked :( , planning on doing it on my new account, as you can double the money you put it, and i do it at different times, those being,

• when i log on
• when i log of
• before school
• after school

Even when you do it before and after, that means you can acctually get money while your not playing, which is good :) and adds to the funds!

I usualy do not play all to much, unless there is a goal that I want to achieve. But I always check every two hours and replant my herbs.
I can gain more profit from it now that I have graduated. I have a potential 60+ herbs more that I can gain a day :D

This works well with other money making ways, around 150k using all patches every hour.
