NX Bot not working? "Waiting for reflection"? Look here!

If you are new to the NX launch pad and this is the first time that you have installed one (Assuming that it's been [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]) or even if your bot has been running fine for a while there is a slim chance that your bot might not be working right at this moment. This it most likely because runescape has been updated by jagex and the autofighter team has to make sure that you are running adequate scripts for autoing before you can get going. "Waiting for reflection" is a notice that your bot might display beneath the runescape applet, this just means that your bot is waiting for an update from the autofighter team before you can get going. You might also notice that there are no options for selecting what ores to mine/trees to cut/monsters to fight, this is just another symptom of being in need of an update.

Your bot will be running in no time, there are just a few things to make sure of...

- That you have the latest download of the NX launch pad:
It might have been that you downloaded your bot a while ago and need to go back to the autofighter website to get the most up to date version of the software. There is normally a notice displayed telling you if your version of the launch pad is up to date in the bot list of the launch pad auth code dialogue. A notice saying "BAD VERSION" does not mean that yo have to re-buy anything, just that you need to re-download the latest version. (The one with the highest number)


- If jagex have updated runescape, you need to restart the runescape applet within the bot. To do this is simple, click "KILL" and then once you are presented with a button saying "add bot" click it and get going again. This is just so that you have the latest version and you aren't trying to log in to an outdated applet!

- If you've tried all of the above, then it's just a question of waiting.
You will either have to wait until there is an update notice displayed when you first load the NX, in which case you will need to re-download OR you'll simply need to wait until the "Reflections" have been updated. This does not require you to download the software again usually (but it might be worth a try!), just that you'll need to wait for the bot to be updated. ( Which truthfully shouldnt take more than a day).
