Here is a guide to get you 99 range if your a member

lvl 1-20

go to lumbridge and train on chicken and cow or cow calf. Dont train on anything else during this period because the other low lvls dont give you good drops. Look at it this way, feathers are worth 8gp each and you usually get 8-12 each kill. So you can get 500-1k feathers and get 4.5k-8k. (Estimated time
10-15min.)

lvl 21-35
Since your a member now, you have access to the HAM hideout. The members there range from lvl 12 to 22.

lvl 36-50
Head over to Waterbirth Island and start killing rock crabs. These are good xp because they are a low level but give 50xp each time and respawn fast

lvl 51-65
Go over to Canfis and train on experiments. These creatures are lvl 25 but give a hell of xp. Each kill you will get 400xp and take at least 3 damage which is not too bad. (to enter the experiment dungeon, you will have to complete creature of Frankenstein)

lvl 66-80

Now head to Godwars and kill Aviansies. These monsters range from 69 to 148. (Check these guides for more details [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and [Only registered and activated users can see links. ])

From lvl 80+ you can kill either orges or fire giants

and alternative method can be soul wars and red chinompas
