Hi this is my lvl 1-99 skiller guide. the fastest way possible.
first when you reach the mainland you should be WC level 1-3. depends on how much you cut in the tutorial island. then go bank everything in lumbridge castle bank and wear your hatchet and go straight to the backside of lumbridge castle.
Chop down normal trees until you reach lvl 15. and then cut oak trees until. you reach lvl 30. i strongly recommend powercutting instead of banking.
when level 30 you go to draynor willows and stay there until atleast lvl 70 then you can cut yews. but if you have a bot, stay there til 99 because it's the fastest xp tree. about 60-100k xp per hour!
you can find yew trees in Catherby, Seers village, Edgeville, outside Falador. thats the best places. it is really crowded at falador and seers village. i recommend catherby(at the lower side of the flaxpicking spot) because it has about 7 yew trees and has a neraby bank.
