99 Craft Guide
This may or may not work currently in RS, but it may help on keeping a low cost method of working on crafting.
Requires: 63 crafting to begin, I would say atleast enough money to buy a few hundred hides if possible.
Guidelines:
My method involved buying Green D hides for 1.54k each. Now this part is the hardest since the price of hides have gone up since Ive done this over a year ago.
But it follows, by tanning each hide which adds up to 60gp for 3 hides, and if youve done the math by now, all together you would of spent 4680 for every 3 hides. Which is the exact alch cost of a green d hide body. The only cost, which I never counted was the nats, but I had alot of essence from doing slayer and never had to worry about buying any. This did work for me and it was how I got 99 crafting.
Now to keep up to date with the price changes of hides, you would just need to buy as low as possible and youll lose a small amount of 100-150 gp per hide. Its minimal for lose for getting crafting up. It gets rather fun since you level up quickly at the lower levels. Even when I was in the 80s, I would get a couple of hides per every run, so it worked out good for me.
I would get around 12-15k hides at a time. Hope someone could try using this method now and see how it happens. As for the tanning, I did have friends sometimes help me do some of the hides, I heard rumors of them possibly removing the trade limit, so if this goes back to normal it would be alot easier.
I liked doing crafting this way and never really tried other methods. Ive done the typical jewelry making, but never on purpose to powerlevel.
