Well as it says, I'd like to be a GM in game and I'd also like to help keep the site updated with adding news, all the updates and stuff like that happening in the server. I'm on everyday so I could fix something everyday. I just really want to help the community out. I don't want to help a server with 10 people, server needs to have over about 500 people on average. Why? I want to help your server grow, but remain at homeostasis.
Knowledge: I know all of the commands for both sources, and I have a huge list of item codes.
History: I have owned a server before, and I GM'ed 3 times on my friends servers, but they all got shut down.
What would you do? I would help your server grow at a little more the moderate speed. I will make smart choices. I will make sure to resolve all the confilcts that I get told about. I will make sure to watch out for hackers. I will look for glitches throughout your server too.

Why should you be a WoWTrance GM?
Well, I have been a Game Moderator on a few other games before. Members and Administrators appreciated the job I did. I was fair but able to inforce the rules in a considerate manner. I have also been a Moderator on many Forums around the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ]. I take great joy in helping other people, I will help them until their problem is solved. I also have a lot of spare time so I will be on WoW [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] almost all day and night. Most of the Game Moderators are quite busy and do not have time to communicate with those that are in need. I do see Lavigne helping out a lot though. I will be more than happy to help anybody that is in need if accepted.
What experience have you had on [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] Retail?
I have a lot of friends that play the game and are all level 70, they educate me quite a lot. I also have a level 48 (and still rising) Troll Priest on the real game.

Yes of course I have, I will most definitely follow all those rules if accepted. The second part of the question I do not understand though.
Have you had any previous Technical Support experience?
Yes I have, I used to be a Moderator on a much smaller MMORPG. I do not get many [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] so I would not say that I have the most experience.

I was a Moderator on the [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] called Runescape, I was a Moderator there for maybe a year or two. I quit a while back as the game got quite boring.

I believe that it is a program used to make and edit servers. I don't know much about it but I can learn =]
If a server is lagging, what are the probable causes?
There might just be too many people online or too many people in a particular area. The database could be being worked on at the time that the server goes down as well. Also, there might be a few people [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] and completely messing up the server. Last and most probable, you might just have a bad internet connection.
Have you ever been in the GMHELP channel?
Yes I have, many times.
If you answered yes to the above, on a scale of 1-10 (1 being the lowest and 10 the highest), how would you rate your in-game [Only registered and activated users can see links. ] in GMHELP?
I would have to give myself an 8.6, I do not like to rate myself though. I like to leave that to everybody else.

Experience: Playing WoW retail since day 1. Have plenty of endgame experience and have a large grasp on the details of all classes. I have also set up my own private server in the past, and have knowledge on how they operate and the gm commands needed.
Why I believe I would make a good GM: I believe I would be a good GM to have on your server because I am able to respect all players and listen to both sides of an argument. I also have a great understanding of the game and its mechanics, and I can communicate effectively with other players to help understand their problems. I will respect all rules given by the creator of the server and superiors, and will not abuse my powers. I also believe I just generally get along with people and can help solve their problems.

World of PvP is a very, very new server looking to get off the ground and start building itself up.
We have a 99% uptime, usually only down when a server restart is taking place.
We have already created a custom pvp area, including two bosses on either end who drop tokens to recieve special items or extra honor.
Also, looking to add an instant 70 realm.
Our current rates are x30 exp for kills and quests, x20 gold drop rate, x20 loot drop rate.
We are going to be revising this, as the administration just recently changed, and probably going to make it something like x200 exp for quests and drops, and x100 for gold, and x100 for loot.
Currently we have 2 very friendly admins, are are looking to perhaps add a few GMs once the server gets bigger and bigger for possible custom areas/instances/items, etc.
