Need Help, Made My Own Server Already

Hey guys i already made my server and everything. I coded it and everything like that.

All i have to do is get it online...
Thats the problem... Can Anyone Teach Me How To Get My Server To Work So Others Can Join?
I tried searching this site but nothing came up...

Right now i made a no-ip.biz server, but how do i get it to work for my server? Like i made my server and everything, and i made my host thingy at no-ip.com, now i just need to know how to get my server to work so i can register it on the Server Status for moparscape.

Anyone who can help, and joins my server, i'll probably make you a mod/admin.
All you have to do is e-mail me. Only the person who helps me gets the mod/admin rights.

I will later on, when i get my server going, ask for ppl to be admin/mod and will ask for an application.

I will also have requirements for all of you applying, dont ask to be admin/mod by spamming game or my e-mail.

er, host it on hamachi? or load a client logging on as ADMIN while server page (no.ip thingy) is open?

you mean that i server you made is down
that mean you need to get ip to help your servers gose up to muiltyplayer gaming
and you can creat runescape privet severer unless you download it on your comp...no way ever

I already made my server, i've even played on it, but how do i set it up where ppl type in my ip and get onto my server to play.
