i need help

"1. how do i join a private server (i have a bookmark explaining this somewere that said something about downloading a file and placing it in the folder or something)

2. if you do have to add files to java or download special files, will this effect my real runescape account. eg. if i dowload this all and run it, then play the real runescape, will i get detected and banned

i'm still interested in playing the real thing but would like to play around with this to, but i won't if it is detectable and might result in my real account beeing banned. thanks"

i just need some answers to this, if you read this and dont knwo the answer please at least reply saying u read it and dont knwo or where i can find answers to either questions. it gtes dicouraging to check a post for weeks and see no sign of a reply
