rofl...... u sure got a good Firewall! Can'T connect to urself xD
127.0.0.1 is an IP-Adress, which connects to the computer which tries to connect ( --> to yourself) Either you messed up the firewall xD or the server you are trying to connect to is bugged

i turned off my firewall , same thing

can't help you you don't give info for me to help you with also you need to have the ip of the server ensted of that this may help... or if your running a server put ip as 0.0.0.0 or localhost if its no-ip...
