Need help getting server online , paying $

I found a source
Ive edited some
Ive signedup at no-ip and hosted FlamePK.no-ip.org
I press that thing , it says Czar Online !
Then i press , run client
My clients opens
I can log on 192.168.1.XXX , thats my ip
But
Other guys cant join
Ive let me friend try
Ive let him try Flamepk.no-ip.org , that dindt work
Ive let him try , 192.168.1.XXX , he logged on the mopar standard server
Then ive let him try my ip , i went on whatsmyip.org , he tried that , didndt work either

I already opened port 43594 , I added 43594 at firewallexceptions

your not only supposed to do it on your firewall you also have to do it in your modem read the tut on the sticky and you will be able to do it. its like open up run type in configip type in your gate address in your internet browser and then do the port forwarding there.

Yes he is supposed to do open the port 43594 in firewall exceptions, and what router/connection you got? example: linksys, wireless.
