I found a little guide on how to become a good coder ;)
I tought ill post this here for peoples who wants to make a server and needs some tips.

1) Always practice things:

* Read Tutorials: dont just read the tutorial and just between quotes you add them, try reading whats in it, it actually says what it does. i know none of you guys actually read whats in the quotes, i for sure didn't when i started. so actually read what are in the quotes, it takes you like what 30 seconds, and those 30 seconds can teach you alot, because if you just read it fast for the first time, and actually needed to edit something later on you will just remember what it was and where you will find it!!!

* Ask Questions: dont be scared to ask a question, who care if someone calls you a noob, wtf? just ignore, they are the ones who dont know anything about coding, so why care? but at the same time make sure you look for the answer before asking bro, and when you become a master, dont forget to answer other people questions, or else...

* Try Things: well its easy, try things on your own
[I just read a tutorial on how to make an npc talk] - well good for you, now try it on your own and see if you do it right, practice things, dont just copy stupid tutorials and paste them in the client, you wont learn anything, i read hell load of tutorials, and i find tons and tons of mistakes in them. so if you actually do things on your own you will go far in being a good developer.

2) Team + Trust:

* Dont Trust People: here is a thing, those people are online people who are little kids, dont trust them with everything you have just because they act nice, your just falling into there trap bud. Trusting gets built up by days, weeks, months, even years. you can just trust someone because he said "i like your project, i will help you fix it if you send me all your files" real wtf lol?

* Find a Hosting: well you can easily buy your own, or just find a sponsor, lots of people in the team recruiting section have titles like [Network] Recruiting... if you see network that means thats the right people for you.

* No one is your friend: as i said, they are online people, they arent your friends, they are just people you know as there online nicknames, you dont even know what they look like or there personality, so get over with it, dont get tricked by bunsh of scammers.

3) Starting a server:

* Files: dont just download a file and use it, thats just lame and people will just make fun of you, how do you know that those files are set to log your entire server and sends them to certain email... i have found tons of servers who do that, TONS! so dont just download and work, go threw it, see whats good and whats bad in it, test it on your own first.
[Get beta testers to test it too]

* Team: Dont sell mod or admin for ingame money, thats just 100% lame, people with admin powers that can just ban everyone or abuse it, pick your people by hand and by trust, let them work for you for free, your suppose to pay them not the opposite.. seriously -.- whats wrong with you.

4) Server Success! - Most Important -

• Keep the experiance medium [Low & High, will cause people to get bored and quit]
• NEVER ban anyone for just calling you names, seriously, dont.
• NEVER ban for any STUPID reason, and yes getting banned for pking in a none pk area reason is stupid.
• Make simple rules, dont make around 100 pages just filled with rules?? no one is going to play on your server dude.
• Make your rules apply to everyone, dont care if your a mod, admin, or owner, if there are rules, follow them. that will make people feel safe on your server.
• Dont give mods ban, just let them kick/warn
• Dont screw the money system in the game, spend 2 hours and fix all your item prices/drops/shops and make your server money balanced, not too high, or too low. just medium and fine.
• Make rare items, on my server dragon chain was rare, people loved it, and there were tons of competitions to just get it.
• Make your server fun, seriously, dont just have the same boring things every day for years.. BORING!!
• Add new stuff every day, updates, news, items, areas, quests, anything dude. just make it look cool.
• Design new stuff on your own, PEOPLE LOVE NEW THINGS, keep looking everyday for new releases.
• Take some things from servers, dont care if its leeching, as long as you give some credits for the makors no one will care, plus dont say its yours, thats just stupid, and PLEASE, modify the things you take from tuts and releases, seriously dont copy and paste. thats just stupid.

6) Personal Hints + Advices:

• Dont give people your files, seriously, you worked your ass off, why would you give it out to people that did nothing to help you?? eh eh?
• Dont Work with anything that has the word "[EDITED] or [EDITED]" in it, its 100% scam and theifs.

7) Info About Servers!:

• Dont Download any files without scanning them.
• Dont Download a file and say its yours, NO!
• Dont download a file and use it without modifiying it
• Dont rip things without editing + giving proper Credits
