I need a GOOD source!!!!!! WHERE??!?!?!

I have tried almost all those sources in the stickys, all are .rar which i cant open and the few that are .zip are all the same. I need either someone to tell me a site where i can be taught to change codes or a GOOD source can be downloaded. whats the deal with the .rar anyways???

to be so noob.... if u wanna have an good private server i should know how to extract and use winrar... coz if u will finaly work to do that noobs will come to ur sv and will crash it .. so just learn many things before do something
