question on id's and coding

i want to know if there is a sight that has add npc's and items i also want to know how to set up wild and spawn objects thanks.EDIT nvm about the item/npc's i found them just need to know how to make wildy and still need to know how to spawn objects.

Well there are multiple ways to spawn objects, you can either open AutoSpawn.CFG with NotePad in your client folder for NPC's OR if you want to add like a bank, go to your Config folder, you should have a Object.CFG folder in there. add something lke

i add name of place so i know where the object is located.
