Spam is NOT Tolerated
I want to make this perfectly clear.
In October, I've busted about 10-15 people who kept spamming in this section. Now, whether postcounts are enabled or disabled for this section, there is nothing that grants people the right to spam threads and posts.
Even if he or she breaks the rules as a first-time offense, the spammer will be permanently banned.
