I do say, that is a nice find... I think its an updated ini files for one of there bots.... not sure tho... what link did you get this from?

I am currently using YGB to bot on the Thai version. Those codes are just specific coordinates to certain places in the map(Lets say you wanted to bot at bandits, you would select those coordinates and it would take you there).
Regarding the ginseng, that is also a coordinate to teleport to a physician in the game and buy ginseng, nothing more. To use the bot for Scions of Fate, we need to find the master server IP Addresses that are in the server.ini for SoF. Also we need to find the Protocol number for SoF in ygb.ini.
To use the bot in general, you need to be a member of board.thaicomcenter.com for 2 weeks. After those two weeks are passed, you go to thaicomcenter.com/YGB_Keygen and get a key needed to use the bot. I hope this clarifies some stuff.
