chinese Private server

If i start the game and select the server. It normal start.
but if i log in i can't get to the earth select.
it says something like ÃÜÄë' Blabla

If some one knows how to fix this, Please help me

Means Incorrect password.
Try making another account or try to remember your password.

Learn chinese then you'll know. Anyways its either incorrect username or password :]

If it's incorrect username is says (in chinese):-

The username [____] has not been created. Please go to [______] to register for an account.

At least, that's what I think it says.
